As the Super Bowl betting continues, the <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-cowboys-nfl/"title="Dallas Cowboys News" >Dallas Cowboys are conspicuous by their absence in this year’s playoffs. The 2011 version of the Cowboys put up more of a fight but, in the end, the results were the same as 2010; the Cowboys missed the playoffs. As the off-season is getting ready to begin, there are a lot of questions that surround the Cowboys’ defense. One of the biggest question areas is at safety where the Cowboys had almost no interceptions and could not stop a big play all season long. Safety Abram Elam was signed to a one-year contract worth $2.5 million and Gerald Sensabaugh was signed to a five-year deal worth $22.5 million. It appears that the Cowboys have painted itself into a corner at safety.

The price per head sports experts are quick to point out that the Cowboys signed Sensabaugh to his contract at a time when no other team was showing an interest in the safety. The Cowboys could have gotten Sensabaugh for less, but did not. The problem is that Elam seemed to be more competent at safety and is well-liked by his teammates and coaches. Elam is also in demand with a few other teams. If the Cowboys want to make changes at safety, then it will have to retain Sensabaugh and let Elam go due to current contracts. That is the opposite of what many observers feel is the right thing for the Cowboys to do.

The pay per head sports experts point to bad contract decisions, like the one at safety, as one of the reasons why the Cowboys are going to have a difficult time making personnel changes on defense. The Cowboys are not going to be able to make wholesale changes without taking a financial hit, and some players are not convinced that wholesale changes are even necessary. Pro Bowl linebacker DeMarcus Ware has come out in support of defensive coordinator Rob Ryan and his system. Ware tells fans to be patient and give the defense a full off-season to work things out. A sportsbook review of the current roster shows players that could not flourish under two defensive systems. It will be interesting to see what changes, if any, are made on the Dallas defense.

Despite the surprise ice storm in North Texas on Super Bowl Sunday and the blatant greed that ignited the seating controversy, there is talk that the new Cowboys Stadium will host another Super Bowl in the future. The betonline scam that owner Jerry Jones caused by selling tickets to seats that did not exist was eventually settled out of court and, apparently, forgotten by the league. The rumors are growing stronger as new cities are announced for upcoming Super Bowl years. Both owner Jerry Jones and Hall of Fame quarterback Roger Staubach are giving indications that the NFL could announce another Dallas Super Bowl in the not too distant future. Skeptics are warning that Jones will turn another Super Bowl into an embarrassment if given the chance.

As the Super Bowl betting approaches, the <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-cowboys-nfl/"title="Dallas Cowboys News" >Dallas Cowboys are once again on the outside looking in as the team did not make the playoffs this year. In past off-seasons, team owner and general manager Jerry Jones would indicate that the team had no plans on making major changes, even though changes were desperately needed. The Cowboys have needed to attend to its offensive line and defensive secondary for three years now, but Jones had refused to act. All of that may be changing if Jones remains true to his recent statements.

The price per head sports experts were wondering which area of the team that Jones would address first and it looks like it will be the defensive secondary. The Cowboys became infamous for giving up long plays to the opposing offense with the run and the pass. But the biggest offenders were the players in the defensive secondary. Jerry Jones has vowed that Cowboys’ fans will see several new faces in the Cowboys’ defensive secondary when training camp opens for the 2012 season. Jones did not comment on the offensive line or indicate when changes would be made to that unit.

The pay per head sports experts have been projecting for weeks now that the Cowboys will be taking a top-tier quarterback in the 2012 draft. Many of the experts have been suggesting a second or third-round pick, while others have gone so far as to say that the Cowboys will use its first pick to take Tony Romo’s replacement. Jerry Jones was asked about the possibility of the Cowboys choosing a quarterback in this draft and he indicated that the team was happy with starter Tony Romo and backup Stephen McGee. No changes are expected at the quarterback position for the 2012 season.

A sportsbook review of the Cowboys’ past activity in free agency shows a team that has either been hesitant to sign the big names or has lost out to other teams. This off-season, the Cowboys fully intend to be active in the free agent market to get the players it needs to compete in 2012. Jerry Jones was asked about the team’s potential activity in free agency and he said that the team had plenty of room under the salary cap and it was going to use that room to grab good free agents. Jones would not elaborate on which free agents the Cowboys were keeping an eye on, but he did say that the fans can expect activity this year to strengthen the team.

In a move that Dallas Cowboys’ fans would only describe as a betonline scam, CNBC released a list of the top 10 cheerleading squads in the NFL and the Cowboys’ cheerleaders were not the top group. The Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders are one of the more famous groups of cheerleaders in the world thanks to an active marketing campaign that dates back to the 1970s. But when the squads were placed side-by-side and evaluated using categories such as presentation, community involvement and ability to get the fans involved in the game, the New England Patriots’ cheerleaders were ranked number one and the Cowboys’ cheerleaders were ranked number two. It is just another way in which the Dallas organization has dropped a notch or two in the past few years.

The sports betting world is way too familiar with <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-cowboys-nfl/"title="Dallas Cowboys News" >Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to assume that the Cowboys will be the same team in 2012 that it was in 2011. There will be changes in Dallas, and everyone has learned to wait for the actual moves to take place because what Jerry Jones says and what he does are always two different things. One move that has already been made in Dallas is the release of defensive secondary coach Dave Campo. The Dallas secondary has not played up to expectations in the last few years, and Campo was the one that took the fall for it after the season ended.

The price per head sports experts are starting to notice that wide receiver Miles Austin has not been the same since he signed his big contract three years ago. One problem that is out of Austin’s control is the rash of injuries he has suffered, especially in the 2011 season. The lingering effects from injuries could be what has slowed Austin up this year, but his production in the two previous years was lacking as well. Some observers are calling on Dez Bryant to push the issue on who should be the number one receiver to help motivate Austin. But, so far, neither receiver has commented on what could be the genesis of another locker room battle for the Dallas Cowboys.

On the other end of the passing spectrum is quarterback Tony Romo. The fans are starting to wonder if maybe it is time to think of the future at quarterback. The pay per head sports analysts are projecting that the Cowboys may take a quarterback in the draft, but it would not be until a later round. The Cowboys have so many positions to address in the 2012 draft that quarterback is not high on the priority list. There is also the question as to whether or not second-string quarterback Stephen McGee may be the heir apparent and his time is starting to come. But all of that will be answered as the team moves closer to the 2012 training camp.

Amongst all of the disappointment and problems that the Dallas Cowboys have experienced lately, a bodog review of the Pro Bowl balloting shows a small glimmer of respect for the Dallas defense. Cowboys pass rusher DeMarcus Ware has been voted into his sixth Pro Bowl and will compete in the week between the championship games and the Super Bowl. Ware was definitely a consistent force on the Dallas defense and says he does plan on being there for the Pro Bowl festivities.

For all of the questions that still surround his play and all of the speculation about his job security next season, quarterback Tony Romo did finish the season as the fourth rated passer in the NFL. It would be a bet online scam to completely ignore the strides forward that Romo made in his development from last season to this season. Romo threw for 4,184 passing yards this year, but it was his 31 touchdowns compared to only 10 interceptions that should impress people. Romo was efficient at times, but he was not always able to get points when the Cowboys needed them. But the work that Romo has done in the 2011 season should be enough to warrant Romo keeping his job and getting the chance to be the starter again in 2012.

The NBA’s return is beginning to catch on in Dallas as the <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/mavericks-schedule-december/"title="Mavericks TV & Game Times" >Mavericks are starting to play well after a slow start, while the Stars are staying afloat in the NHL, and Texas is still trying to sign Yu Darvish, but the big story in Dallas is, of course, another collapse by the Cowboys.

<a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-cowboys-nfl/"title="Dallas Cowboys News" >Dallas Cowboys

The ‘Boys completed another disappointing season with a 31-14 loss to the New York Giants at home, and sportsbook reviews of their season may state that this is one of the toughest campaigns to swallow. The Cowboys had the NFC East sewn up, but they dropped four of their last five and lost a number of games in which they led in the fourth quarter. Owner Jerry Jones has also said that he won’t step down from his general-manager duties, and it figures to be another interesting offseason in Dallas for the Cowboys and their fans.

<a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-mavericks/"title="Dallas Mavericks Current Articles" >Dallas Mavericks

The Mavericks dropped their first two games of the season, but smart players that are familiar with price per head bookie systems knew that the team would eventually wake up and they won three of four games over the week to get back into the hunt. All three wins were at home as the Mavericks defeated Toronto, Oklahoma City and Phoenix, but they lost in Minnesota and are now 0-2 on the road ahead of a Thursday night trip to San Antonio. Dallas returns home to host New Orleans on Saturday before wrapping up the week in Detroit and Boston on Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively.

<a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-stars-nhl/"title="Dallas Stars News" >Dallas Stars

The Stars are sitting at third in the Pacific Division and are only two points out of the playoffs, and if you use price per head software, you know that the action is starting to heat up in January as teams now know what they have and will start to jockey for playoff position. Over the last week, the Stars had a three-game homestand, losing to Columbus and Detroit, but they beat the defending Stanley Cup champs from Boston, so that should give them some confidence heading into this week, when they travel to Nashville, host Edmonton, followed by road game in Anaheim and Los Angeles.

<a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/texas-rangers/"title="Texas Rangers Current Articles" >Texas Rangers

The Rangers are still negotiating with Japanese pitching superstar Yu Darvish, who reportedly has been in Texas over the last week as the talks are starting to pick up in intensity. Texas doesn’t have much longer to try and sign Darvish, whose bidding rights they purchased for $51.2 million, and there have been no reports in the media as to how the talks are going, and that means it’s tough to get a read on Texas’ online betting odds for next season.

The online sportsbook experts did not expect much from the <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-cowboys-nfl/"title="Dallas Cowboys News" >Dallas Cowboys in 2011. The Cowboys were coming off of a disappointing season in 2010 with a new head coach, new defensive coordinator and basically the same roster that could not make the playoffs last year. With some key injuries on the offensive line and in the offensive backfield, the Cowboys were even less of the team it was last year. The price per head sports experts did not expect Dallas to be a Super Bowl contender and the odds the Cowboys were given to win the Super Bowl reflected that.

Now that the season is over and the Cowboys lost the most critical game of the season to the New York Giants, the finger-pointing begins along with the long bouts of confusion. The fans are getting anxious over this lack of playoff success under owner Jerry Jones. Head coach <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/jason-garrett-to-be-cowboys-new-head-coach/"title="Jason Garret to be named Cowboys Head Coach" >Jason Garrett looked out of place at times and made decisions a high school coach in his first game would not make. You just don’t ice your own kicker on the game winning field goal. If you have been in football for more than a season or two, then you should know that instinctively.

New defensive coordinator Rob Ryan was supposed to bring the system that he perfected in Cleveland to Dallas and use superior players to get better results. As the season wore on, it became evident that the Cowboys’ defensive players were not all that superior to the Browns’ players. According to the pay per head sports experts, Ryan’s defense in Dallas ranked 14th overall by the time the season was over. It did great against the rush where it ranked seventh, but wound up 23rd against the pass. The defense just could not stop the opposition when it had to.

A bodog review of the entire Dallas team shows a team that was affected by the lack of a training camp. The team did not have time to get used to its new systems and its new coaches and it suffered. Jason Garrett is going to have to work on his game management skills because he made several blatant errors that had even the most casual fans scratching their heads. To judge this team on this season is probably not fair.

The first questions that Jerry Jones handled after the loss to the Giants were about the futures of Garrett and Ryan. Jones was adamant when he said that both men would stay in their positions with the team next season. Jones did not address any concerns about the level of NFL caliber talent on the Cowboys’ roster. While changes are expected, Jones did not give any indication of what kind of changes to expect.

One player that did speak out was wide receiver Dez Bryant. He indicated that the team was angry and disappointed at the way the season turned out. When asked about his own performance in his second year, Bryant indicated that he did okay but that he could do better. The Cowboys’ players all seem to share the burden of the loss, which could be the first sign of a team coming together as a single unit.

From week to week, some football fans wonder how much drugs play a part in the play against NFL betting lines. Are the players high when they are the field? That question became a little louder when Chicago Bears’ receiver Sam Hurd was arrested on charges of cocaine possession and distribution just before the Bears’ week 15 game against the Seattle Seahawks. It isn’t the possession part that concerns fans in Dallas; it is the distribution charge that has Cowboys’ fans concerned.

There are now rumors swirling around that there could be ties to some of the Cowboys’ players in Hurd’s drug ring. Before becoming a part of the Chicago Bears, Sam Hurd was a Dallas Cowboy for many years. The price per head sports experts are not wondering if some of Hurd’s network is still in the Dallas locker room. Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones expressed shock at the arrest of Hurd, but went on to say that Dallas had no idea about Hurd’s drug activity. Head coach <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/jason-garrett-to-be-cowboys-new-head-coach/"title="Jason Garret to be named Cowboys Head Coach" >Jason Garrett has said that he has seen no indication of any problems in the Cowboys’ locker room and does not anticipate any fallout from the arrest to affect the Cowboys.

Away from the courtroom, the bookie software has the <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-cowboys-nfl/"title="Dallas Cowboys News" >Dallas Cowboys in an unfamiliar place. For the first time in a very long time, the Dallas Cowboys are in first place in the NFC East in mid-December. At 8-6, the Cowboys hold a one-game lead over the New York Giants and a two-game lead over the Philadelphia Eagles. If the Cowboys win its last two games, then it wins the NFC East title. But standing in the way of the Cowboys’ celebration is a week 16 game against the surging Philadelphia Eagles. As if the NFL schedule was not cruel enough, the Cowboys finish the season in New York to play a pivotal game against the New York Giants.

The official Dallas injury list does not include any notable names and that is because outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware was able to make it back on the field for the week 15 game against Tampa Bay. Ware’s impact was felt immediately as he recorded a sack for the Cowboys and help the team to earn a 31-15 win over the Buccaneers. A 5 dime review of the Tampa Bay game showed an efficient quarterback Tony Romo who threw for 249 yards and three touchdowns in the game. The part of Romo’s play that has the Cowboys glowing is that Romo threw no interceptions.

The Cowboys look healthy and ready to play for the NFC East title and push its way into the playoffs. It is not over yet as none of the NFC East teams will probably qualify for any of the NFC wild card spots. The only way that the Cowboys, Giants and Eagles are making the playoffs is as the NFC East champions. Since there can be only one division champion, that will make these last two weeks of the season very interesting.

The online betting community was witness again to the cracks in the armor that the <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-cowboys-nfl/"title="Dallas Cowboys News" >Dallas Cowboys have built up around themselves. The Cowboys own first place in the NFC East with a 7-5 record, but that record could have been 8-4 had head coach <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/jason-garrett-to-be-cowboys-new-head-coach/"title="Jason Garret to be named Cowboys Head Coach" >Jason Garrett not made a colossal mistake in the waning minutes of the week 13 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. As Dallas kicker Dan Bailey lined up what was going to be the winning field goal, Dallas head coach Jason Garrett iced his own kicker by calling a last-second timeout. It is the kind of mental mistake that the price per head sports experts have been seeing all season long, and it cost the Cowboys a victory.

When he was asked about the timeout after the game was over, Bailey said that the timeout is not the reason that he missed his second shot at the game-winning field goal. But the body language and confusion in the Dallas players on the field at the time of the call tells a different story. A dejected Dallas team attempted to cover for its coach, but when the timeout was called it was obvious that everyone on the sideline, including Garrett, was a little bit confused.

Quarterback Tony Romo can identify with mistakes that tend to define a tenure in Dallas. The price per head sports website still run the video of Romo fumbling a snap for the game-tying extra point in Romo’s first season as the Dallas starter. The image of Romo seated on the field with both hands clasping his facemask became an image that Romo has still yet to shake. It is moments like the muffed extra point that have gone on to create the doubt in Romo’s abilities that has followed him ever since. Even though all of the players and owner Jerry Jones dismiss the timeout incident as insignificant, it will be used as one of those events that defines Garrett’s time in Dallas.

As for Garrett, he stands behind his decision to call the timeout and has not backed off from the criticism at all. He says that he would make the call again in a similar situation and has no regrets about the way the game turned out. Garrett is also quick to point out that a bodog review of the overtime shows that it was poor tackling by the Dallas defense that allowed Arizona to score the winning touchdown. But Garrett also points to the loss as a team loss and knows that his team will have to do better in week 14.

Sometimes the NFL schedule has a knack for lining up the right game at just the right time. In week 14, the 7-5 Cowboys will face the 6-6 New York Giants for a battle of supremacy in the NFC East. If Dallas can win this game, it would put a gap between the two teams that may not be closed. If the Giants win, then the two teams will probably battle for the NFC East division title right down to week 17. Garrett says his team will be ready when the ball kicks off in Dallas for this critical divisional matchup.

Some of the online betting experts are taking credit for seeing the rise of the <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-cowboys-nfl/"title="Dallas Cowboys News" >Dallas Cowboys coming, while other price per head betting enthusiasts are still shocked at the turn of events. With the New York Giants getting absolutely bludgeoned on Monday Night Football by the New Orleans Saints, the Dallas Cowboys have taken over first place in the NFC East by one complete game. At 7-4, the Cowboys are pulling away from the rest of a division that is struggling to win games. The only team winning consistently at this point besides the Cowboys is the Washington Redskins, and no one expects that to last.

While some people want to give credit to quarterback Tony Romo for the winning streak, others are looking towards rookie kicker Dan Bailey and the fact that his kicks have been responsible for winning two of the last four games. One of the more important kicks Bailey has made was the kick for the overtime win over the Washington Redskins two weeks ago. The Cowboys are pleased that Bailey is able to perform under pressure and have expressed no problems with turning to the rookie with the game on the line. With the pieces all working together, all the Cowboys have to do now is get players back from injury

The biggest pay per head injury concern at this point is wide receiver Miles Austin. Second-year receiver Dez Bryant has done an excellent job at spreading out the field in Austin’s absence, but the Cowboys are anxiously awaiting the return of its number one receiver. With the Cowboys completely intact, the team will look to put a cap on the NFC East and prepare for a playoff push.

A bodog review of the career of Tony Romo shows that the Dallas quarterback has found nothing but success in the month of December. Last season was not a December to remember, but in previous years Romo has shined in the last calendar month of the year. With the Cowboys on a roll and starting to get healthy, Romo is hoping that he can continue his good luck in December and help close out the NFC East title by the end of the month. The Cowboys lost its first meeting with the Giants, but Dallas gets another shot at New York in December. A split with the Giants a couple of wins in December would lock up the NFC East title for the Cowboys. It is something Jerry Jones has wanted for a while now.

When you look at the NFL schedule for the next few weeks, it looks like the Cowboys have a good chance at winning out for an incredible 12-4 record. But will all of that momentum and strong play be enough to beat the San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers when the playoffs roll around? The Cowboys played the 49ers earlier in the season in a game that saw Tony Romo come back from an injury to throw for 349 yards and get the win. Up until Thanksgiving Day, that loss to Dallas was the only loss the 49ers had suffered all season.

But the Cowboys have not had a chance to line up against the Green Bay Packers yet, and that has a lot of people talking about the possibilities. The one weakness the Packers have is stopping a running game. When Felix Jones is completely healthy, Dallas will have Jones and DeMarco Murray in the backfield. Will it be enough to beat the Packers in the playoffs? Only time will tell.

The sports betting fans in Dallas watched as number one wide receiver Miles Austin injured his hamstring in week two and missed the next two weeks. Wide receiver Dez Bryant has also missed time due to injury. Just as Bryant shows signs of being healthy enough to perform at a high level, Miles Austin gets injured again in the win over Seattle in week nine. Miles will be out for another two to three weeks, and that makes room for rookie Laurent Robinson to make an impact on the Cowboys’ coaching staff.

While Robinson is a good price per head receiver, the persistent injuries at the wide receiver position are working to make the Cowboys thin at that position. To remedy the situation, owner Jerry Jones has indicated that the Cowboys will go out into the free agency market and see who they can pick up. The first name that came to most fans’ minds was former Cowboy Terrell Owens. Jones and the Cowboys have not indicated that they will be talking to Owens, but they have also not ruled out the possibility.

The pay per head football fans in Dallas may be wondering what is going on at the running back position. When starter Felix Jones went down with an injury, the Cowboys turned to rookie running back DeMarco Murray to carry the load in Jones’ absence. Murray has done an exceptional job and many fans are wondering if Murray has won the starting job from Jones. According to head coach <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/jason-garrett-to-be-cowboys-new-head-coach/"title="Jason Garret to be named Cowboys Head Coach" >Jason Garrett, Felix Jones returns this week as the Cowboys’ starting running back and will get put immediately back into the starting position.

Garrett commented on the job that Murray has done saying that Murray and third-string running back Phillip Tanner have created a lot of options for the Cowboys’ offense that Dallas was unaware it had. Garrett indicated that, because of the emergence of Murray, the Cowboys may start using a two-back approach more often, which is similar to what the team did when running back Marion Barber was on the roster.

A Forbes article has been circulating that lists Tony Romo as one of the most hated players in the NFL. But a 5 dimes review of the content of the article shows that Romo is more respected than hated. The article lists Romo’s jersey as one of the top sellers in the league, which makes the Dallas quarterback a hit with the fans. But his popularity has caused some NFL players to dislike Romo. Romo detractors are waving the article around trying to gain momentum on the notion that Romo is hated by his teammates. But the truth is that the article talks more about player jealousy from outside the Cowboys’ locker room than any issues with the Cowboys itself.

The NFL schedule is half over for the <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-cowboys-nfl/"title="Dallas Cowboys News" >Dallas Cowboys, and the team is lucky to be 4-4 at this point. Veteran leaders such as Jason Witten identify how lucky the Cowboys team is to be at the .500 mark, and warn Dallas players that now is the time to get the team rolling into a playoff mode.

As the Breeder’s Cup betting gets underway, the <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/category/dallas-cowboys-nfl/"title="Dallas Cowboys News" >Dallas Cowboys find itself with a 2-3 record and a whole new list of issues. When the season started, it was emotional second-year wide receiver Dez Bryant who was calling out teammates and trying to get the Cowboys inspired. When that didn’t work, the media and Cowboys organization turned to the common tactic of criticism.

The first victim of Cowboys criticism was quarterback Tony Romo. The price per head fans in Dallas are not convinced that Romo is the one that can lead the Cowboys to a Super Bowl run and they are voicing their opinions at Cowboys’ home games. It did not help when hall of fame cornerback Deion Sanders came out and publicly said that Tony Romo is not the right quarterback for a deep playoff run. The Tony Romo debate continues as another point of contention arises for fans and team owners alike.

Head coach <a href="http://www.dallassportsfans.com/jason-garrett-to-be-cowboys-new-head-coach/"title="Jason Garret to be named Cowboys Head Coach" >Jason Garrett is the newest high profile Cowboy under scrutiny. Garrett’s ability to read a situation and make the right play calls are being questioned by the fans, media and team owner Jerry Jones. When the Cowboys blew a 24-point lead to the Detroit Lions, Garrett’s play-calling was referred to as being too aggressive. After the loss the next week to the New England Patriots, Garrett was said to be too passive in his game management decisions.

The price per head bookmaking experts were a bit surprised to hear the team owner call out the coach. But everyone was shocked when Garrett dismissed Jones’ comments and indicated that he would continue to coach the team his way. For his part, Jones has already indicated that he will not fire Garrett in the middle of the season. The negative emotions of firing former head coach Wade Philips at mid-season last year still linger for Jones and he said he is not interested in repeating that.

A bodog review of the Dallas loss to New England in week six clouds the Cowboys’ season with the list of Cowboys who sustained injuries in that game. The most notable injury is the leg injury to left offensive guard Bill Nagy that will end the season for Nagy. The Cowboys were already struggling on the offensive line and losing the veteran lineman is not going to help the situation.

Another notable injury from the New England loss is the high ankle sprain of running back Felix Jones. With the Cowboys already looking to trade a disgruntled Tashard Choice, the offensive backfield is getting thin. It would be a betonline scam to expect Jones back on the field any time soon. The team is saying two to four weeks for Jones. But players that have had a high ankle sprain know that it can take weeks to properly heal and, even if Jones returns before the end of the season, there is a good chance that he will not be at 100 percent until next year.
