Thanks for sharing information about this. Yes, a lot of athletes drink these because they do help w focus and concentration, without the &quot;crash&quot;. ViB has more L-Theanine than Gatorade&#039;s Focus, so it&#039;s hard to say how much &quot;focus&quot; you can get out of their drink. Cheers, and Good ViBations to you all. Amy</description>
